Jason Kelce is taking a stance on the hygiene industry, and may be making another reference as well.
The recently retired Philadelphia Eagles lineman responded to a post on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, about the effectiveness of consistent washing of feet and said that the general public has been fed “diabolical lies” from “Big Soap.”

All of you have been fed diabolical lies that washing every crevice of your bodies and hair, all the time is somehow better or healthier. Any dermatologist not in bed with Big Soap will agree!! Hot spots are all that is necessary and actually leads to cleaner healthier skin.
“All of you have been fed diabolical lies that washing every crevice of your bodies and hair, all the time is somehow better or healthier,” Kelce wrote. “Any dermatologist not in bed with Big Soap will agree!! Hot spots are all that is necessary and actually leads to cleaner healthier skin.”
This came after another X user claimed that Kelce “looks like he doesn’t wash his legs or feet” and Kelce wrote “what king of weirdo washes their feet?” in response.

The term “diabolical lies” is what makes Kelce’s response appear to not strictly be about soap usage. As TMZ Sports noted, that phrase was used by Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker in his controversial commencement speech at Benedictine College in May.
Butker’s usage was in a much different context from Kelce’s, but the latter’s strong response to Butker’s speech increases the likelihood that his strange rant about “Big Soap” may have been a subtle dig at Butker.
