The Weeknd, a singer-songwriter, has listed his Los Angeles condominium for $22 million.

The full-floor condominium was listed for sale on Tuesday at the 22-story, 35-unit Beverly West condo building in Westwood, which is adjacent to the Los Angeles Country Club. His 7,950-square-foot residence features panoramic views of the city and the Pacific Ocean, as well as a great room with balconies on each side and a wet bar.

The Weeknd, 31, was born Abel Tesfaye and is a three-time Grammy Award winner known for his dark R&B style and tracks including “Can’t Feel My Face” and “Die For You.” This Friday, his new album, “Dawn FM,” will be released. Two years ago, Mansion Global reported that he purchased the residence for $21 million.

People involved in the transaction told Mansion Global that when the musician purchased the condominium, he referred to it as a “mansion in the sky” because he desired less maintenance.
