When Taylor Swift falls in love, it shows on her face and in her music. “Taylor has already written songs about Travis [Kelce],” says a source exclusively to Us Weekly. “She has written at least two songs. They relate to their love story and falling in love with him.”
According to the insider, Swift’s songs are “very personal,” yet loyal fans may not hear them. “She is unlikely to share them with anyone.” “They are very special,” the person adds. “For her, songs are like poetry. Taylor writes lyrics in his journal, like do most individuals. “Her relationship with Travis has inspired her.”
Swift and Kelce, both 34, have been dating since the summer of 2023, and made their public debut during one of his Kansas City Chiefs games in September. As their romance progressed, Swift continued to attend Kelce’s football games throughout the 2023-2024 season, which concluded in Super Bowl LVIII last month.
In February, Kelce and his Chiefs teammates won their second consecutive Lombardi Trophy at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Swift sat in a private box with her family, Kelce’s family, and some of her close friends. After the game, she went to the field to celebrate with her partner.
“Thank you for coming, baby,” Kelce gushed in postgame footage shared by the NFL. “Thank you for coming. Thank you for the support. Thank you for coming. Thank you for making it halfway across the world. You’re the best, baby.” Swift held many Eras Tour gigs in Japan days before the big game.
She went to the Super Bowl on her day off before continuing her tour in Australia. Kelce attended one of Swift’s gigs in Sydney, sitting in the VIP tent with her father, Scott, and handing out Swift-themed guitar picks to other concertgoers.
While Kelce departed Australia the following day to attend a friend’s bachelor party in Las Vegas, a second source earlier verified that he intends to see even more acts during the NFL offseason.
Swift is also looking forward to new milestones with Kelce once her Eras Tour concludes later this year. “Taylor can’t wait until her tour is over so she can spend more time with him,” the first insider says, adding that Swift and Kelce are “madly in love.”
