The superstar has an extensive catalog, but there’s one particular song the 4-year-old can’t get enough of.
Travis Kelce isn’t the only Swiftie in his family! His 4-year-old niece Wyatt — Jason Kelce‘s eldest daughter — is giving him some major competition for the title of biggest Kelce Swiftie. In a video shared to X on Friday (April 12), both football stars dance around to Taylor Swift‘s Billboard Hot 100-topping “Shake It Off.”
“Oh, I know this one,” Travis — who is dating the 14-time Grammy winner — quipped as he shook his hips to the opening notes of “Shake It Off” while recording a live episode of his and his older brother’s New Heights With Jason and Travis Kelce podcast at the University of Cincinnati’s Fifth Third Arena on Thursday (April 11). “That’s one of my favorites right there, ladies and gentlemen, alright now!”
“Wyatt’s favorite, too!” Jason added, referring to his first of three children with his wife, Kylie Kelce.
In December, Kylie shared a sweet TikTok of Wyatt reading a book while previously soundtracked by Swift’s “Never Grow Up” — a Speak Now cut that peaked at No. 84 on the Hot 100 back in 2010, while its 2023 “Taylor’s Version” reached No. 58. The post was more proof that the Kelces can’t get enough of Taylor Swift.
Wyatt will be able to appear in many more Swift-soundtracked TikToks now that the superstar’s catalog is back on the video platform. After her catalog — along with a slew of other high-profile artists’ music — was yanked from TikTok in February as a part of Universal Music Group’s decision to let their licensing agreement with TikTok lapse in protection of the “fair value” of music, amid other concerns, Swift’s post-Lover music reappeared on the wildly popular app (April 11). The original recordings of her Fearless, Speak Now, and Red albums are still unavailable on the app, but the “Taylor’s Version” recordings of those LPs are.
While there is yet to be an official explanation concerning Swift’s musical return to TikTok, the move comes just over a week before the release of her highly anticipated eleventh studio album, The Tortured Poets Department (out April 19). That new record is set to boast collaborations with Post Malone and Florence + the Machine.
