Philadelphia Eagles ex Jason Kelce is a proud and protective daddy. And yes, a little scary to anyone who might want to date Daddy’s daughter. And it just so happens there is now a situation …

“Wyatt’s got a crush on one of the boys, I’m not gonna tell you his name,” Jason told Travis during their latest podcast episode, mentioning his oldest daughter. “But you can just tell in the way she talks about him, so I’m ready to beat the (expletive) out of him.”

Most any “Girl Dad” knows the feeling.

The problem? His daughter Wyatt is a 4-year-old Wyatt Kelce, attending school for the first time.

The “offending” boy in question is, obviously, pretty much a 4-year-old as well.

And the poor kid, one might say, is never gonna know what hit him – except that the person who would be doing the “hitting” here is a retired NFL lineman with a mean streak.

Travis and Jason, of course, were having a conversation about this on their podcast and they were just joking.

Jason joked that his brother needs to take it up with the boy’s father.

“Just go after the dad,” Travis said. “Just be like, ‘Calm your kid down. He doesn’t need to be this cool, he’s only in preschool.'”

Suffice to say, the Boy Dad would probably find that all too scary, too.

The reality here for Jason as he moves on to the next step of his career this fall by joining ESPN’s Monday Night Football Countdown?

We mentioned that Wyatt is the eldest of the Kelce kids. Jason and his wife, Kylie, have three children together – all girls.

So there will be many more boys to beat the bleep out of in the future.
