An unnamed NBA general manager stated in an article that appeared in The Ringer that he should “go back to school to develop at his own pace or he risks getting lost in the shuffle, whether or not he’s playing with his dad” and that “Bronny is nowhere near ready” to turn pro.
If Bronny was cleared by doctors to play in the league, he would most likely bypass going back to college and instead enter the draft, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Very little preparation has been done for him in terms of potential portal stops. Wojnarowski stated that when he left USC, he left the door open to that option.
