The estate of Lee Phillip Bell, who co-created “The Young and the Restless” and passed away earlier this year, is the seller of the 2.5-acre mansion that NBA player purchased. LeBron’s new residence, located at 9955 Beverly Grove Dr., features seven fireplaces, a pool house with two bathrooms, a screening room, and a lit tennis court.

The vast Beverly Hills estate can accommodate the 6 feet and 9 inches of the LA Lakers great, with its interior space measuring nearly 9,100 square feet and featuring exposed beam ceilings.

The main estate features a motor court topped with palm trees and a driveway surrounded by hedges. It is situated on 9,100 square feet of ground and has four bedrooms and eight bathrooms total. Bell owned it and made modifications over the years, despite the fact that it was built in the 1930s.

Bell’s previous mansion, which was marketed in June with Hilton & Hyland owners Jeff Hyland and Rick Hilton, has been maintained in excellent condition. Furthermore, the estate was held by the renowned actress Katherine Hepburn before to being acquired by the Bell family.

The Mediterranean-style Beverly Hills home was purchased by the four-time NBA MVP for $36.75 million, a little less than the $39 million asking price.
