Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal have a unique and humorous dynamic as co-analysts on TNT’s Inside The NBA. Recently, Barkley appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, where he was asked if he found Shaq sexy. Without hesitation, Barkley responded with a resounding “Hell No!” This may come as a surprise to Shaq, who considers himself one of the sexiest superstars in the NBA. Barkley even mentioned how Shaq was ranked as the ninth sexiest bald man by GQ, but quickly debunked it by stating that Shaq was ranked ninth in GQ South Africa, not in America. Barkley’s candidness continued when he claimed that Shaq is ugly in all 50 states.

However, Gayle King came to Shaq’s defense, stating that he was good-looking. Barkley couldn’t resist poking fun at King’s opinion, saying, “I love the big fella. He’s a great guy. But he’s not attractive.” When asked about the sexiest stars in the NBA, Barkley didn’t include any players on his list. Instead, he mentioned actors Idris Elba, Michael B. Jordan, Rob Lowe, and NFL legend Tom Brady. Barkley even ranked himself higher than Michael Jordan in terms of looks. This isn’t the first time Barkley has denied Jordan’s attractiveness. Back in 2005, on Oprah Winfrey’s show, Barkley boldly stated that Jordan wasn’t handsome. Despite Barkley’s teasing, Jordan took it in stride and found the comments amusing. It seems that Barkley’s opinion hasn’t changed over the years.
