The Kansas City Chiefs have tried to keep most of their 2023 roster

The Chiefs have kept most of their roster the same this offseason as they compete for a threepeat during the 2024 campaign. Chris Jones was the biggest extension they made this offseason. They added running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire and defensive lineman Mike Danna last week.

They signed two familiar faces to the roster this week.

The Chiefs signed two players

Per a statement by the Chiefs, the team signed offensive lineman Mike Caliendo and safety Nazeeh Johnson.

Caliendo has been with the Chiefs since he signed as an undrafted free agent following the 2022 NFL Draft. He’s appeared in eight games for the Chiefs.

The Chiefs drafted Johnson in the seventh round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Johnson suffered a torn ACL during training camp last July. He made eight tackles during the 2022 season.
