Earlier this week, Taylor Swift’s father, Scott Swift, was accused of assaulting a photographer while celebrating the conclusion of his daughter’s Eras Tour stops in Australia.

On Monday, the NSW Police Force confirmed to Page Six that they had launched an investigation into the incident, which allegedly occurred when Scott, 71, reportedly attacked 51-year-old Ben McDonald at a ferry wharf on Sydney’s North shore.

According to reports, the alleged assault took place around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday, with McDonald stating that he did not require medical treatment following the incident.

McDonald recounted to the Daily Mail that Scott Swift allegedly “charged” at him after both Taylor and her father disembarked from their luxury superyacht for the evening.

“He got off the boat, she walked towards security guards who were shoving umbrellas in our faces, and then he charged,” McDonald claimed.

During Kelce’s two-day trip Down Under, he and the pop star enjoyed a date to the Sydney Zoo and even had a sneaky date night with a boat outing.
