Travis Kelce has made a generous donation of $100,000 to the Reyes family, who were injured in the Kansas City Chiefs parade shooting. The family, whose two daughters were injured in the incident, had set up a GoFundMe page to raise funds for their recovery. Kelce, known for his work with children through his charity, 87 and Running, made the donation via his charitable organization. The Reyes family has already met their goal of $100,000 with Kelce’s contribution. In addition to Kelce’s support, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife visited the girls in the hospital. Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, also donated $100,000 to the family of a woman who was killed in the shooting. The shooting occurred after the Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade and left 22 people injured and one person dead.
